Tyler Wheeler pitched a complete game shutout as the Dubois County Bombers beat the best team record wise in the OVL the Full Count Rhythm 4-0. The game was called in six innings because of rain.

Members of the IHSAA Executive Committee announced Jaspers Ross Peter the winner of the Bob Gardner Mental Attitude Award in 4A. Jasper won the 4A State Championship with a 3-1 win over Fishers to win their sixth State Championship and first in 4A
