Indiana Department of Health officials announced Wednesday that more than 35,000 third doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine have been administered to Hoosiers age 18 and older since August, when the CDC and FDA approved a third dose for immunocompromised individuals.

The Dubois County Republican Party will host a workshop for people who would like to learn more about Dubois County government ahead of the 2022 elections.  The workshop will be held at the Jasper Train Depot, 201 Mill Street in Jasper, on Monday, October 4th from 7:00 to 8:30 pm ET.

Consider Teachers Act Passes House of Representatives, Heads to President’s desk

 The Consider Teachers Act, a bipartisan bill introduced in the Senate by Senator Mike Braun, Senator Kyrsten Sinema, Senator Tina Smith, Senator Raphael Warnock, and Senator John Cornyn, and in the House by Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton and Congresswoman Victoria Spartz aimed at fixing a broken system burdening teachers with unfair loans, passed the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday.
