Today, Senator Mike Braun, Senator Kevin Cramer, Senator Dan Sullivan, Senator Rick Scott, and Senator Marco Rubio sent a letter to the Senate Conference Committee members appointed to reach an agreement related to H.R. 4521, the United States Innovation and Competition Act, outlining their concerns with provisions in the bill that would strip away tools for competing with China, and proposing changes to incentivize domestic investment.
