Willis Eicher, 81, Loogootee, passed away at 9:30 pm, Sunday May 14, 2023, in Loogootee, Indiana.

Willis was born February 1, 1942, to Pete and Susan (Miller) Eicher in Daviess County, Indiana and married Barbara Ann (Graber) Eicher on December 6, 1962. She preceded him in death on September 15, 2008.  Also preceding him in death are his parents, Pete and Susan Eicher, in-laws Amos R. and Mary (Raber) Graber, 4 brothers, Marvin, Jerry, Norman, and Lloyd, 2 sisters, Martha and a stillborn, brother-in-law Ben Knepp, Jr., 3 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

Surviving include children, Naomi (Henry) Graber, Nathan (Naomi Ruth) Eicher, Nina (Amos) Stoll, Nathania (Mark) Wagler, Nicholas (Vonda) Eicher, and Nelson Eicher, foster son Erik (Naomi) Graber, 5 sisters, Catherine (Jerome) Graber, Lydia (Ervin) Raber, both of Odon, Mary (Lester) Wagler of Montgomery, Naomi (Ben Jr.)  Knepp of Loogootee, and Ruth (Roman) Wagler of Windsor, MO, 3 brothers, Paul (Pauline) Eicher, Philip (Joanne) Eicher, Joseph (Orpha) Eicher, 2 sisters-in-law, Fanny (Marvin) Eicher and Wilma Jean (Norman) Eicher all of Loogootee, 28 grandchildren, and 38 great grandchildren.  He was a member of the Old Order Amish church.

Visitation will begin on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Shiloh Community Center in Odon, Indiana and continue through Tuesday, May 16, 2023, until the Funeral Service on Wednesday, May 17 at 9:00 am all at Shiloh Community Center in Odon, Indiana. Burial will follow in Graber Cemetery.
