William Lee “Bill” Gressel, age 71, of Paoli

William Lee “Bill” Gressel, age 71, of Paoli, Indiana entered into eternal rest on October 17th, 2022 at Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick, Indiana.

He was born on July 24th, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Marvin and Sariann (Dublin) Gressel.

Bill married Shirley Myler on February 5th, 2011 and she survives.

He was preceded in death by his Parents.

Bill was a 1969 graduate of Center Grove High School and earned a degree in Tool and Design Engineering from Ivy Tech.

He retired in 2013 from Camp Olivet in Springville, Indiana and had previously worked for different companies in design engineering.

Bill enjoyed watching NASCAR, NFL football, and baseball.  He especially enjoyed watching his grandson playing baseball.

He is survived by:

Wife – Shirley Gressel of Paoli, Indiana

(3) Sons – Steve Gressel of Orlando, Florida
          Scott Gressel of Elkhart, Indiana
          Stace “Moochie” Gressel of San Francisco, California

(1) Sister – Kathryn Ann Gressel-Carandang of Greenwood, Indiana

(5) Grandchildren

(2) Nieces – Alisha Marie Schulz and Sasha Michelle Haughn

(1) Nephew – Adam Alexander Carandang

GRAVESIDE CEREMONY
A Graveside Ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. at Ames Chapel Cemetery with burial to follow at Ames Chapel Cemetery.

VISITATION
Visitation for friends will be held from 12:00-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022 at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in French Lick, Indiana.
