Velma A. Klueh, age 81, of Huntingburg

Velma A. Klueh, age 81, of Huntingburg, passed away at 2:18 a.m., Thursday, March 18, 2021, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

She was born December 1, 1939, in Dubois, Indiana, to George and Cora (Schnarr) Baer.  Velma was a homemaker, member of the Huntingburg United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Alva Baer.

She is survived by her husband, Leo Albert “Lee Al” Klueh of Huntingburg; one daughter, Angela “Angie” Staats of Dubois; three grandchildren, Matthew, Brittany and Kaitlyn Staats; and by one grandchild, Noah Gallas.

Funeral services for Velma A. Klueh will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 21, 2021, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Huntingburg.  Pastor Dave Chinn will officiate at the service.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Sunday, the day of the service.
