Shirley Ann Wilson, 82, of Loogootee

Shirley Ann Wilson, 82, of Loogootee, passed away at 5:00 A.M on Wednesday August 22, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Jasper surrounded by her family.

She was born on July 24, 1936 in Loogootee, Indiana to Harry and Sarah Cissel (Kidwell).

Shirley graduated St. John high school in 1954. She was a member of the Catholic Faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Sarah Cissel, her daughter Kimberly Wilson Trowbridge, her siblings; Lester Cissel, Milma Cissell, Jean (Cissell) and her husband George Padgett, Harry (Joan) Cissell, Mary Cissell, and niece and nephew, Steve Padgett and Debbie Padgett - Holt.

Shirley is survived by her children William Kevin (Connie) Wilson of Shoals, Timothy M. Wilson of Loogootee, Randall J. (Roberta) Wilson of Mooresville, Michael L. Wilson of Loogootee, and Michelle Wilson of Loogootee, grandchildren; Kristen (Bryce) Crane, Kyle Wilson, Tim (Vanessa) Zink, April (Jason) Conley, Jeremy Trowbridge, Joe, Chris, and Anna Wilson, Ashley (Nick) Respecki, Austin (Kristin) Wilson, Abby Wilson, Ben, Ayden and Cade Wilson, and two Great- Grandchildren and a sister – in- law Rosetta Cissell, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 25, 2018 celebrated by Very Rev. J. Kenneth Walker at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00 Am until the time of service. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery.
