Norma Jean Greenwell, age 92, Loogootee
Jean was born in Loogootee on April 6, 1931 to Geoffrey and Amie (Sanders) Brothers. She was a
graduate of St. John High School.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Marlin Raney, Milford Tedrow, and Joseph Greenwell; two
daughters, Barbara Callison and Linda Wood; five siblings, Richard, Melba, Charles, Frankie, and Lila;
and granddaughter, Jenny Raney.
Surviving are one sister, Dianne Buzan, of Olney, IL; one daughter, Carol Raney of Alfordsville, IN, three
sons, Mike (Linda) Raney of Louisville, KY, Greg (Paula) Raney of Loogootee, IN, and Steve (Pam) Tedrow
of Mitchell, IN; grandchildren, Laura Sheetz, Gina Bryson, Jill Jones, Nicole Fiedler, Angie Raney, Sean
and Ryan Wood, Bill and Ian Raney and Emily Wilkerson, Jessie Morton and Sydney Tedrow; and several
nieces, nephews, great and great great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at the Queen-Lee Chapel of George
Funeral Care. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour on Saturday at the Queen-Lee Chapel, Shoals.
