Lois Ann Harrawood Rickman, 79

She was born December 23, 1944 in Hazel Park, Michigan to the late Francis E. and Vivian E. (Morehead) Harrawood. Lois was an active participant of Run for The Wall, an organization to honor our veterans, their families and recognize those still missing. The ride ends at the Vietnam Memorial Wall, where all four motorcycle routes come together. Lois also enjoyed volunteering for the USO. Lois loved to support and honor the United States military, veterans, and active duty. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Vivian E. Harrawood; siblings, Gayle Harrawood, Edward Arnold Harrawood, Tom Harrawood, and Jim Harrawood. 

Lois is survived by her children, Katie (Greg) McKenzie of Jacksonville, Florida and Josh (Adrienne) Rickman of Appleton, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Kristin Misuraca Huffman, Sean McKenzie, Alex McKenzie, Lucas Rickman (Kelle Bohannon), Kathleen Rickman, Anderson Rickman, and Joshua Rickman; great- grandchildren, Alex Huffman, Iris Huffman and Logan Rickman; sister-in-law, Laura Harrawood, many loving nieces and nephews and her wonderful Indiana Cousins. 

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2024 at Bethany Cemetery in Washington, Indiana. The family requests that all in attendance wear denim in memory of Lois.
