Kyndale Jane Qualkenbush, 10, of Shoals
Kyndale Jane Qualkenbush, 10, of Shoals, went home to be with the Lord on Monday,
December 11, 2023, at Riley Children’s Hospital.
Born April 3, 2013, in Vincennes, she was the daughter of Eric Qualkenbush and Amy
(Hert) Holt.
Kyndale attended Shoals Elementary School.
She enjoyed playing Uno, jumping on the trampoline, puzzles, animals, watching
movies, and spending time with her siblings. Kyndale never met a stranger and was the
sweetest, most kind-hearted little girl to be around.
Surviving are her father, Eric Qualkenbush; mother, Amy (Dustin) Holt; siblings, Tyler
Qualkenbush and Naomi Holt; paternal grandparents, Loren and Rita Qualkenbush;
maternal grandparents, Rick Hert and Rene Allbright; several aunts, uncles, and
cousins.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the Queen-Lee
Chapel of George Funeral Care with Pastor Mike Newlin officiating. Burial will be in
Trinity Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until the service hour on Monday at the Queen-Lee
Chapel.
