Kenneth “Kenny” Adam Haven of Loogootee, 41

Kenneth “Kenny” Adam Haven of Loogootee, 41, passed away suddenly at his residence in Loogootee, Indiana on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. 

Kenny was born on November 3, 1983, in New Albany, Indiana. He was the beloved son of Arley Sr. and Linda (Bright) Haven, Sr. of Borden, Indiana.

Throughout his life, Kenny was deeply committed to serving his community. He served on the EMS team with the Haysville Fire Department as Safety Officer and worked closely with the Dubois County and Martin County EMS departments. Kenny also served as a Reserve Deputy for the local police department.

Honoring his country, Kenny proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was an active member of the Indiana Volunteer Fire Department and served as an ordained minister. Previously, he worked as a licensed paramedic for Dubois County EMS Service. Kenny worked as a CNA at Cathedral Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.

He had a love of outdoors enjoying fishing, nature, stargazing, hiking, and camping.  Time spent with his family and friends was cherished most of all.

Kenny is lovingly remembered by his parents; Arley and Linda Haven, life partner, Callie Noble; children Kevin and Nevah Haven; siblings Arley Haven II, and Ruth Arlene Moore; great-grandma Ruth Haven.

He was preceded in death by one brother, David Bright.

Visitation will be held on Saturday April 5, 2025 from 1:00 P.M until 4:45 P.M at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee, Indiana, with the funeral service to be held on Saturday at 5:00 P.M at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee, Indiana.

A private burial will be held on a later date at Kraft – Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
