Janice Kay Bell, 74, of Loogootee

Janice Kay Bell, 74, of Loogootee, Indiana passed away on Friday July 14, 2023, in Fulton, Missouri surrounded by her family.

She was born on February 27, 1949, in Indianapolis, Indiana to George Hoskings and Ida (Rischer) Blalock.

Janice was a member of the Loogootee Methodist Church. She liked to crochet and loved chocolate chip cookies. Janice spent time volunteering at the Loogootee Methodist Church Food Pantry. She loved her family and will be missed by all.

Janice is preceded in death by her husband Freddie Bell, her parents, George Hoskings and Ida (Rischer) Blalock.

She is survived by her children, Randy (Wendie) Bell of Fulton, MO, Rhonda (Mark) Parker of Odon, IN, Ryan Bell (Tonya) of Mt. Vernon, IN, her grandchildren, Ashlie, Stephan, Mary Chris, Brittney, Lacy, Jerimiah, her great- grandchildren, Christian, Brady, Rebecca, Roseann, her sister, Irene Schmidt, and her nieces, Kendra, Cynthia, Danielle and several great- nieces and great – nephews.

A funeral service will be held Thursday July 20, 2023, at 1:00 P.M at the Loogootee Methodist Church. Visitation will be held on Thursday July 20, 2023, from 11:00 A.M until the time of service at 1:00 P.M at the church will Pastor Colleen Harden to officiate. Burial will follow in Goodwill Cemetery in Loogootee, IN.
