Francis Earl Burnett, 86, of Odon

He was born on August 13, 1934, in Monticello, KY to Wendell and Ethel (Gregory) Burnett. Francis married Mary Ruth Burnett and she preceded him in death on January 26, 2009. 

He was a member of the Shiloh Church of God. Frances was a lifelong farmer. 

He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Ruth, his parents, 5 brothers, and 3 sisters. 

Francis is survived by his children; Billy Joe (Debra) Burnett of Cecilia, KY, Brenda Marie (John) Archer of Raglesville, IN, Jeff (Lisa) Burnett of Owensboro, KY, Donna Sue (Norris) Davis of Raglesville, IN, Gary (Jeanine) Burnett of Lebanon, TN, Timothy (Susan) Burnett of Russellville, KY, 13 Grandchildren, 8 Great – Grandchildren, Kenneth Burnett of Monticello, KY, his sister, Jean Kendrick of Monticello, KY, and many nieces and nephews. 

A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday June 29, 2021, at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee, Indiana with Harley Archer to officiate. Burial will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon, IN. Friends may visit on Tuesday June 29, 2021, from 11:00 A.M until the time of service at Blake Funeral Home, Loogootee, IN.
