Eva Marie Fettinger, age 61, passed away at 12:23 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Eva was born in Evansville, Indiana, on June 26, 1958, to Franklin and Joan (Brand) Barnett. She married Floyd Gary Fettinger on August 19, 1977, in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Evansville, Indiana.
Eva was a 1976 graduate of Pike Central High School and then a 1980 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana.
She worked as an account manager at Kimball International for 21 years.
She enjoyed shopping, animals, gardening, craft shows, white water rafting, and attending the covered bridge festivals.
Surviving are her husband, Floyd Gary Fettinger, Winslow, IN, two daughters, Sabrina Marie (Brent) McDivitt, Evansville, IN, Crystal Fettinger, and companion, Jason Brown, Evansville, IN, three grandchildren, Zoe Lynn Fettinger, Meadow McDivitt, and Jaxon Brown, and one sister, Carol (Verdane) Miley, Petersburg, IN.
Preceding her in death are her parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Eva Marie Fettinger will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at Precious Blood Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, with burial to follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Pike County, Indiana.
A visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2019, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper, IN, at 3221 N. Newton St., Jasper, IN, 47546, and one hour before services from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the church on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Precious Blood Catholic Church, your local humane society, or the American Lung Society.
