Ernest Raber, 68, of Montgomery

Ernest Raber, 68, of Montgomery passed away at 4:25 PM Friday May 21, 2021 at his home.

He was born on September 15, 1952 in Montgomery, IN to Alva and Lydia Raber. Ernest was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He worked at Raber Wheel Works in Montgomery, IN.

Ernest is preceded in death by his parents, Alva and Lydia and his father-in-law, David Raber.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Raber, 4 sons, and 1 daughter, Dewayne, Elmer, David (Le Etta), Ernest Jr, Sylvia (special friend Jonathan Marner), 1 grandson, Jayden David Raber, 2 sisters, Delilah (Vernon) Wagler, Clara (Paul) Knepp, 5 brothers, Wilmer (Joyce) Raber, Paul (Ruth) Raber, Daniel (Leah) Raber, Ray (Ruth Ann) Raber, Alva Jr. (Susie) Raber, and his mother- in- law, Sylvia Raber.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 A.M Monday May 24, 2021 at the P.E.C Building in Montgomery, IN. Burial will follow in Wagler Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Saturday May 22, 2021 and Sunday May 23, 2021 at the P.E.C Building and continue until the time of service.
