Dustin Joel Seals, 35, of Loogootee

He was born December 22, 1985 in Bedford, Indiana to the Dennis and Cathy (Bratton) Seals. Dustin graduated from Loogootee High School in 2004. He loved softball and played in Washington, Jasper, Donut Hill, Bedford and travel ball softball leagues. 

He was a member of the USSSA-Slow Pitch. Most of all, Dustin loved his fiancé, Brandi and their daughter, Dallas. 

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wilson and Irene Seals and maternal grandfather, John W. Bratton. 

Dustin is survived by his fiancé, Brandi Judd of Loogootee; daughter, Dallas BriElle Seals of Loogootee; parents, Dennis and Cathy Seals of Loogootee; sisters, Tiffany Veilleux and Amber Gilbertson (Damon Baker), both of Loogootee; grandmother, Shirley Bratton of Loogootee; nephews, Skyler, Tyler and Elijah Veilleux and Brody Gilbertson; nieces, Caitlin Coghill, Aubri Gilbertson and Raegan Baker; great-nephew, Madex Veilleux and many aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 3 rd , 2021 at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee. Burial will follow in Mt. Union Cemetery in Loogootee. Visitation will be held Monday, August 2 nd , 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee.
