Charlotte R. Russell, 60, of Alfordsville

Charlotte R. Russell, 60, of Alfordsville, passed away at 4:48 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2021 at Memorial Hospital and Healthcare Center.

She was born March 2, 1961 in Washington, Indiana to Charles Thomas Fields and the late Anna Laura (Kaiser) Fields.

Charlotte enjoyed the outdoors, camping and gardening. She was a mother to all and cared for many through the years. Charlotte was a member of the Alfordsville United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Laura Fields.

Charlotte is survived by her husband of 31 years, Herschel Wayne Russell of Alfordsville; sons, Ryan Thomas Fields of Alfordsville, Kyle Wayne (Samantha) Russell of West Terre Haute and Beau Patrick Russell of Alfordsville; father, Charles Thomas Fields of Loogootee; grandchildren, Jade Ryan Fields and Jakob Stone Mattingly; siblings, Charles James (Debbie) Fields and Carol Ann (Jason) Jones, both of Loogootee.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee. Burial will follow in Alfordsville Community Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
