WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING... 

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Winter Storm Watch, which is in effect from late Friday night through Sunday morning.

 * TIMING...Late Friday night through early Sunday morning. 

* MAIN IMPACT...Potential exists for 4 to 7 inches of snow accumulation, with locally higher amounts possible. This will create hazardous travel conditions.

 * OTHER IMPACTS...Potential for low visibilities in heavy snow bands.
