WATCH: A Pair of Pups Adopted Together After 500 Days at the Dubois County Humane Society

JASPER -- A pair of pups at the Dubois County Humane Society have been adopted after 500 days at the shelter.

Sydney and Rio were abandoned together in Jasper around August of 2018 but, late last week, they went to their new forever home together.

You can see the celebration the Humane Society had for the pups as they left the shelter in the video below.  Staff and volunteers lined the walkway, giving the dogs lots of cheers, pets and even bubbles.
