Rally Point Events President Lance Yearby said, “We are excited for this to be Rally Point Events' 5th Anniversary. With that, we couldn't think of a better person to headline RWB than Trace. Trace Adkins performed in Iraq 15 years ago for the 1-163rd. Joel Matherly and I, both of the 1-163rd, formed Rally Point Events. It was designed to raise funds to help the veterans and to assist those of the 1-163rd after many losses at home from PTSD. This is a perfect way to recognize Rally Point Events 5th year.”
Yearby continued, “We moved the event to League Stadium for many cost savings benefits and trying to provide shade for guests. Also, we have access to more resources and increased capacity to facilitate the event’s growth. This move was well thought out and made to benefit the financial growth of our Organization, serve the community, and provide the absolute best possible experience for fans.
Jay Baker, Chairman of Red, White, and Brauen Music Fest, added, “It’s an integral part of our mission that we continue to impact our community positively. To that end, we’re proud that, in partnership with the Jasper Optimist Club, proceeds from RWB Music Fest are used to provide shoes for Kids in need through the Kicks for Kids program in Dubois County, Indiana.
In his 25-year career in Country music, TRACE ADKINS has sold over 11 MILLION albums, charted over 20 singles, earned numerous awards and GRAMMY nominations, and garnered over TWO BILLION streams. A Grand Ole Opry member for nearly two decades, the Louisiana native is known for his dynamic baritone voice and fiery, always-memorable live performances. He has expanded his Country career to include film and TV acting.
“I’ve got to the point where it’s all up to me now,” says Multi-Platinum Country star Trace Adkins, 25 years into a career filled with bold authenticity and chart-topping smashes. “I can do whatever I want ... and that’s a beautiful place to be.”
In truth, he’s been doing that all along, fusing a booming baritone and commanding stage presence with sounds from all across the Country spectrum – sometimes with a mischievous wink. But on his 13th studio album, The Way I Wanna Go, Adkins takes the idea to heart.
Since his debut in 1996, the larger-than-life star has sold over 11 million albums and charted 20 songs on Billboard’s all-genre Hot 100 while catapulting 15 singles into the Top 10 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. He’s also racked up two billion streams. He boasts a reputation for fiery live performance – not to mention his multiple Grammy nominations, awards from the ACM and CMT, and a willingness to think outside the box.
Now, with 25 all-new tracks to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his Dreamin’ Out Loud debut, Adkins brings it all together. Steeped in the cultural melting pot of his Louisiana upbringing, The Way I Wanna Go finds him leaning into a lone-wolf spirit and continuing down the road, which made him a shapeshifting member of the Grand Ole Opry.
“I love where I’m at, I really do,” Adkins says. “I’ve had the perfect career, and I don’t know where my place is gonna be when the history of what I did is written. But 90 percent of the time, I said what I wanted to say, stuck to my guns, and did what I wanted to do. ... And I’m gonna go out the way I wanna go out.”
The Kentucky Headhunters, declared “the great American rock ‘n’ roll band” by Billboard magazine, began their professional journey in 1968 when brothers Fred and Richard Young and cousins Greg Martin and Anthony Kenney formed the Southern blues-rock band Itchy Brother. The band morphed into The Kentucky Headhunters in 1986. Their first album, 1989’s Pickin’ On Nashville, was released by Mercury Records and surprised the world, becoming a bona fide hit, selling over two million copies. The album won a Grammy Award, three Country Music Awards, an American Music Award, and an Academy Of Country Music Award. It spawned four consecutive Top 40 Country hits. Currently, the band is made up of Richard Young, Fred Young, Greg Martin, and Doug Phelps.
In 2022, War Hippies, the country music duo and lifestyle brand co-founded by Scooter Brown and Donnie Reis, burst onto the music scene. Their authentic songwriting and electrifying live performances quickly garnered widespread critical acclaim. In addition to their musical pursuits, Brown and Reis are U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army combat veterans, respectively and the duo remains committed to supporting fellow veterans and military families through advocacy work, fundraising, and helping children secure access to musical instruments.
Tyler Reese Tritt has always been surrounded by the soulful echoes of country music. Inspired by her father, multi-award-winning Country artist Travis Tritt, she has ventured into her own path in the industry, aiming to establish herself as a noteworthy country singer and entertainer.
From infancy, Tyler was introduced to the musical world as she accompanied her father on tours, soaking up the intricacies of live performances. By the time she was 14, Tyler had already stepped into the recording studio to collaborate with her father on a rendition of Don Henley and Patty Smyth's timeless duet, "Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough." This formative experience acted as a catalyst for her budding career, giving her a firsthand glimpse into the professional realm she had long aspired to join.
Fast forward to 2023, Tyler Reese has experienced a breakout year, serving as a defining moment in her burgeoning career. She kicked off the year with the release of her evocative single, "Porch Light," accompanied by a music video that perfectly encapsulated the song's poignant theme. The official music video for "Porch Light" has gained traction, airing on The Country Network and streaming on CMT.com. Tyler quickly followed this success with another compelling single, "Texas Hold Him," captivating audiences with its unique narrative and relatable emotions. This pivotal year has proven Tyler's prowess as a dynamic artist, setting the stage for what promises to be a luminous future in her career.
