Three More Deaths in Dubois County as COVID Cases Continue to Surge Areawide

AREAWIDE -- Officials announced 75 new cases of COVID-19 in Dubois County and three new deaths Thursday afternoon.

The new deaths put our county's death toll at 65.  The past 10 days have been the deadliest in Dubois County since the start of the pandemic.

Our seven-day positivity rate is up today at 25.2%.

The only other local county to report a death Thursday was Daviess County with one new fatality.  They also reported 49 new cases.

42 new cases were reported in Lawrence County; 30 in Perry County and 23 in Orange County.  20 new cases were reported in Crawford County Thursday afternoon; 17 in Pike County and 16 new cases in Martin County.
