The Old Jasper Library Building is on the Market; Could Be Mixed-Use Space Including Retail and Housing

FROM LOCAL SOURCES

JASPER -- The former Jasper Public Library building is now on the market.

The library moved into its new location at the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center recently, leaving the old building vacant.

The city’s Redevelopment Commission says the building can be mixed use, including housing and retail.  The proposed development will serve as the northern anchor of the Heart of Jasper district.

The Commission will publicly open all written offers at its May 4th meeting.  The bid must be at least $535,000.
