Suspicious Vehicle Leads to OWI

Jasper- The Jasper Police Department reported an arrest was made at the Schnitzelbank restaurant on Sunday morning.

Officers were called to a suspicious vehicle in the Schnitzelbank restaurant and catering parking lot just after 2:00 in the morning Sunday. Once on scene they located the Jeep Renegade and made contact with the driver, Rainbo Emmons. 

Emmons showed signs of intoxication according to a release. She would later show a .211 BAC. 

She was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center on charges of Misdemeanor OWI- First Offense, Misdemeanor OWI Endangerment, Misdemeanor OWI with a BAC over .15.
