Suspicious Vehicle Leads to Methamphetamine Arrest

Jasper- Two people were arrested for methamphetamine possession on Friday night.

Jasper PD was dispatched to reports of a suspicious vehicle parked behind the Sunny’s Gas Station off US-231.

After an investigation David Schutz, 58, and Chelsea Pate, 26, both of Jasper, were found to be in possession of methamphetamine. They were charged and lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Possession of a schedule 4 controlled substance
