Suspicious Vehicle Call Leads to Drug Charge for Jasper Man
Jasper - An early morning suspicious vehicle led to a methamphetamine charge for a local man on Tuesday.
On Tuesday at 1:13am, officers with the Jasper Police Department were
dispatched to a suspicious vehicle on Ann Lane. Officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop near 32nd
Street and Newton.
While conducting an investigation, a K9 search resulted in a positive K9 indication.
Methamphetamine was located on Daniel Voight, 52, Jasper.
He was charged with possession of methamphetamine
(level 6 felony.)
