STATE: Dubois County COVID Positivity Rate Going Up, County Remains at CODE YELLOW

JASPER -- The Dubois County Health Department reported 12 new cases of COVID-19 in the county Wednesday morning.
That brings the total to 1021 positive cases of coronavirus in Dubois County residents since the pandemic began. Of those cases, 19 have died; 870 others have recovered. When you do the math, it comes out to 132 active cases in the county.
Dubois County’s seven-day positivity rate is up from last week. It currently stands at 6.7%. The county remains under a CODE YELLOW designation. Also under a CODE YELLOW: Martin, Pike, and Daviess County.
Warrick and Spencer Counties were elevated to a CODE ORANGE Wednesday due to a significant increase in positivity rates there.
Crawford, Lawrence and Orange Counties are currently at a CODE BLUE; the state’s lowest designation.
