Speeding Driver Arrested Near Saint Anthony for Operating While Impaired

Dubois County – Tuesday night, October 31st, Trooper Andrew Jones stopped a vehicle for speeding on SR 64 near Saint Anthony. 

The driver, Dakota Choate, showed signs of being impaired and failed field sobriety tests. Choate was transported to the Dubois County jail for a chemical test. Choate tested (.21) BAC. Choate was remanded in the Dubois County jail where he is being held on bond.
