Special Olympics to Hold Spring Workshop in Jasper

Local Sources - Special Olympics Indiana has announced a Spring Workshop to be held in March in Jasper.


The workshop will be held in the Jasper High School Community Room between 7:00 and 8:30 p.m. on Monday, March 14th.

Families with children and other dependents with special needs, no matter what the age or disability, face many serious questions about how to best prepare for their dependent’s future well-being. Parents and caregivers of Special Olympics Indiana athletes are encouraged to attend one of the upcoming free, informational workshops led by Special Needs Planner Gordon Homes and addressing such critical issues as protecting government benefit eligibility for Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Special Needs Trusts, ABLE Accounts, and the importance of a Will. 

Gordon Homes is a true professional and the father of a son with special needs.  This is a great opportunity for people in the community to learn and ask questions about special needs financial planning.
