Southwest Dubois Schools Partner with LifeSprings for Primary Care Services
Huntingburg - Southwest Dubois County School Corporation is excited to announce a partnership with LifeSpring Health Systems.
Lifespring will now offer Primary Care Services on campus to all students K-12 and SWDCS staff every other Thursday 9:30-4:30pm starting on April 7th.
LifeSpring’s mobile health clinic will be staffed by a family nurse practitioner, Johann Childress, and will be able to provide general medical care such as: immunizations, well-child visits, screenings, physicals and treating routine conditions (sore throat, sinus, respiratory, and ear infections, etc.).
If you want your child to be able to take advantage of this service, you MUST complete an intake form and make an appointment at 812-482-3020, for the Mobile Unit at Southwest Dubois County Schools, parents can opt to attend the appointment either via in person, telephone, through Google Meet, or not at all.
