SOURCES: Jasper Manor Shopping Center Failed to Meet Reserve, Has Not Been Sold

JASPER -- Multiple sources are telling us the Jasper Manor Shopping Center failed to meet the reserve during a recent auction and it has not been sold.

The highest bid was $1.8 million dollars for the shopping center that housed K-Mart and J.C. Penny before they closed their doors, but that wasn’t enough.

No word today on what the next step will be.
