Road closure planned for State Road 62

Spencer Co.-  The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 62 near Gentryville.

Beginning on or around Monday, April 24, crews will close State Road 62 south of Gentryville over Buckhorn Creek. This closure will allow for bridge deck overlay operations to be performed. The closure is expected to re-open in late May, depending on the weather.

The official detour for this project is State Road 68 to State Road 161 to State Road 62. Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
