Road closure planned for State Road 61

WARRICK/PIKE COUNTIES– The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 61 in Warrick and Pike counties.

Beginning on or around Monday, June 19, crews will close State Road 61 in Warrick and Pike counties near Lynnville. These closures will occur daily between 7:30 am to 4 pm on weekdays. During daily closures crews will perform maintenance operations on the roadway. During work hours State Road 61 will be closed between State Road 68 and State Road 64. Work is expected to last through the end of June, depending on the weather.

The official detour for this project is I-64 to State Road 161 to State Road 64. Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
