Rear End Collision Totals One Vehicle in Jasper

Jasper- A driver rear ended another Tuesday afternoon in Jasper.

Jasper Police report officers responded to the accident at St. Charles Street around 3:15 pm. An investigation showed the driver of a Nissan Versa rear ended a Ford Edge that was traveling in front of them. The Nissan driver was treated for injuries on scene. The Edge driver was uninjured according to officials.

The damage caused in the accident led officials to rule the Versa as a total loss.
