STATEWIDE -- Coronavirus quarantine rules for Hoosier students are changing next week.

Starting Monday, quarantine or contact tracing will no longer be required if students and teachers remain at least three-feet apart and wear a mask at all times in the classroom.

Quarantine rules will still apply if there's a potential COVID-19 exposure that happens at lunch, choir or band, athletic activities, or if masks have been removed.

The final decision for quarantine protocols is up to each school district in the state.
