Purdue Extension Dubois County offering Spring Break Chef University

Purdue Extension Dubois County invites youth in 3rd-5th grade to join them at Jasper Middle School from 9am to 12:30pm on March 26th, 27th and 28th for CHEF University. CHEF University offers a unique experience for youth to get comfortable in the kitchen by learning to read a recipe, trying new cooking techniques, discovering the science of the kitchen, and of course, tasting their creations. Youth are encouraged to attend all three days. Current enrollment in 4-H is/is not required.
