Public Safety Community Day Schedule Released

Jasper- The Dubois County Public Safety Community Day schedule was released Tuesday.

The free community event invites the public to come out to Uebelhor and Sons Toyota to meet and talk with the local law enforcement, EMTs, and state agencies that serve their community. The event runs from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM eastern on Wednesday, August 30th. 

A majority of the events are free, however the Balloon Guys and Kona Ice truck do have a cost. 

The schedule is as follows:

4:30 PM- Event Start

5:15 PM- K-9 Demonstration

6:00 PM- Lifeline Helicopter Landing

6:30 PM- K-9 Demonstration

7:15 PM- Water Balloon Fight

7:30 PM- Lifeline Helicopter Departure

Other free events include a fire obstacle course, food, kids zone, interactive vehicle display, airsoft station, and more.
