Public Intoxication Call gets Jasper Man two additional Charges

Jasper- A Jasper man is facing three charges after an early Sunday morning incident.

Officers with the Jasper Police Department were called to scene of an “unruly male subject” on East 15th street. The man was later identified as Jose Soto Casiano, 25 of Jasper. The incident took place at his place of residence.

Casiano was ruled highly intoxicated and resisted law enforcement. He was taken to Memorial Hospital for medical clearance via EMS.

Upon release, he was charged and taken to the Dubois County Security center.
