Property Damage Accident Leads to Six Charges for Jasper Man

Jasper - Late Wednesday night, Jasper Police responded to a call to Advance Auto Parts and arrested a Jasper man on six charges.

At approximately 10:37 p.m. Wednesday night, officers received a call in reference to a property damage accident. After making contact with the driver in question, officers suspected the driver of intoxication.

Ronal Salazar, 25, of Jasper registered a BAC of .184% at the scene, over twice the legal limit.

Salazar was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center on charges of: OWI Prior Conviction, OWI Endangerment, False Government Issued ID, OWI, Operating without receiving a license, and OWI refusal.
