Passed Out Strassenfest Guest Receives Four Charges

Jasper - A sleeping individual at Strassenfest woke up to find officers, charges.

On Friday night, Jasper Police Department responded to a male passed out at Strassenfest for a welfare check. Upon officers arrival they determined Jalouis Holland, 21, of Terre Haute, to be intoxicated. 

Holland began to resist when officers made contact and was placed in custody. He later made intimidating comments towards officers he was then transported to Dubois County Security Center.

Holland was charged with Intimidation, Resisting Law Enforcment, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication.
