Dubois Co. - Dubois County recorded one COVID-19 case and remained under a Yellow Advisory while half the state's counties are now under the lowest advisory level.

In Wednesday's dashboard and map update, COVID-19 numbers and advisory numbers have dropped significantly.

Dubois County recorded one case of the coronavirus in the latest briefing, along with zero deaths attributed to COVID-19. The county has not seen a double-digit single-day total of cases since February 22nd, and case totals have dropped dramatically from the mid-January peak fueled by the Omicron variant.

While Dubois County remains under a Yellow Advisory, many Indiana counties have dropped to the lowest advisory level, Blue. In the latest map update, 56 counties are currently Blue, while the remaining 36 are Yellow. Zero counties are currently under either of the highest two levels, red and orange.

Statewide, Indiana reported 437 additional cases and 77 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
