Nighttime road closures begin Monday on I-64

INDOT officials say closures at night are coming to I-64 starting on Monday.

Officials say the closure will be at the intersection with Big Cynthiana so crews can begin a bridge removal.

The road will be closed between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Traffic will be moved to the on and off ramps to bypass the closure. These closures will last two weeks, the entire reconstruction project is expected to go through July.
