New Zax Creamery Finds New Jasper Location, Set to Open "Soon"

JASPER -- Big Olaf in Jasper has announced it will soon open in a new location with a brand new name.

The new Zax Creamery recently announced it’s new location at 2603 Newton Street.

Once it opens, the shop will offer homemade ice cream with vegan and gluten-free flavors.  It will also sell choices that are keto and diabetic-friendly.

Big Olaf opened in the old Libby’s building in the courthouse square back in May of last year but quickly decided not to reopen that location for the season; opening the new Zax Creamery in the new Newton Street location instead.

When we hear about an opening date we will pass that information along.
