New COVID Cases in Dubois County Push Total Very Close to 300 Friday

JASPER -- The Dubois County Health Department reported an additional seven cases of COVID-19 in the county of Friday.
It brings the new total of positive cases to 297 county residents over the course of the pandemic. Of those cases, six have died; 250 others have recovered.
12 new cases were added in the county over the long July 4th weekend. On Wednesday, 15 new cases were confirmed; the county’s biggest one day jump in positive coronavirus cases since May 18th after state strike teams conducted mass testing at Farbest Foods in Huntingburg.
