STATEWIDE -- Indiana is closing-in on a million-and-a-half fully vaccinated people.

The state Department of Health yesterday said one-point-four-million people in the state have now gotten both doses of the vaccine.

There are new positives being reported, and the state's seven-day positivity average is just under five-percent.

The one-point-four-million fully vaccinated people is twice as many people as who ever tested positive for the virus in the state.

The Department of Health says 98-percent of people who tested positive for the virus have fully recovered.
