Missing Person Found in Jasper Facing Charges
Jasper- A missing woman from Evansville was found in Jasper, but is arrested for drug charges.
Jordan Vaughn has been missing from Evansville since August 14th. Officers with the Jasper Police Department found Vaughn near State Road 162 and State Road 164 last night just before 10:30pm, but she was not alone.
Riding with her was Todd Howard, 37 of Evansville, who had a warrant for theft out of Vanderburgh County. Along with the theft warrant, officers found Howard to be in possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Paraphernalia.
A chemical test for drugs was issued on Vaughn. She would test positive for MDMA, methamphetamine, and marijuana.
Both Howard and Vaughn were transported to the Dubois County Security for the charges listed below.

- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Paraphernalia
- Warrant for Failure to Appear on Theft Charges
Jordan Vaughn Charges
- Operating while Intoxicated
The relationship between Howard and Vaughn is unknown.
