Mann McDonald’s Host Groundbreaking

Huntingburg- A new Mann McDonald’s is coming to Dubois County. 

Owner/Operators Rick and Susan Mann, along with their family, hosted a groundbreaking event Monday morning for their new location in Huntingburg. This is the first McDonald's location for the city. 

“Dubois County has always been a tremendous support to us. We can’t say enough about how they welcomed us into the community and the support we received.” Said Rick Mann.

The restaurant will be at the corner of Highway 231 and State Road 64, just to the west of Huntingburg Memorial Gym. 

The restaurant is looking to hire fifty people to run it. With Dubois County having one of the lowest unemployment rates in the state, Mann said this is a concern.

Harmon Construction will be handling the build. According to their officials, work will begin on Tuesday, May 2nd.
