Man Arrested after Dancing and Yelling in Jasper Street

Jasper- The Jasper Police Department arrested a man after he was drunkenly dancing and yelling in the street shirtless.

JPD reports the incident happened on Newton Street. Officers arrived on scene and found 40-year-old Jeffrey Deich, who attempted to run from them. 

After catching Deich, police say they determined him to be intoxicated and a danger to himself and/or others. He was taken to the Dubois County Security Center on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.
