Loogootee Lifts Boil Water Advisory

Loogootee - The City of Loogootee has lifted a recent boil water advisory.

The City of Loogootee Water Works Department issued a Boil Water Advisory on October 21, 2021. Since then the water main has been repaired and the problem has been corrected.

Bacteriological samples have been collected from representative site of the affected area and tested. The test results were satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil the water.
