Local Dentist and Wife Will go to Trial in November on Criminal Confinement, Neglect Charges

JASPER -- Alan and Aimee Friz will go to trial in November on multiple felonies including criminal confinement and neglect.

The Huntingburg dentist and his wife are accused of locking one of their children in a modified cage on multiple occasions.

Court documents also charge the child was deprived of food, water and sanitary facilities while locked in the cage.

The couple will get an out-of-county jury.

The trial begins November 18^th.
