Lane restrictions planned for State Roads 56 and 57

Pike Co.- The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane restrictions for State Road 56 and State Road 57 in Petersburg.

Beginning on or around Monday, October 17, crews will begin work to improve State Road 56 and State Road 57 in Petersburg. This work will require restrictions to the roadway. Crews will begin with patchwork to the roadway. This work is expected to take a month to complete. Improvements will also be made to stoplights in the project area. An HMA overlay project is planned to follow in the spring of 2023. The entire project is expected to be complete by the end September of 2023, depending on the weather.
